1. What we do
Fast Job Leads is a free referral service. We pass your painting request to independent painting companies. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any work, and the painting companies are not our employees or agents.
2. Your request and consent to be contacted
When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the property. You agree that we may share your request with up to 5 local painting companies (fewer for Speed or Quality), who may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
3. No obligation, no guarantee
You are under no obligation to hire anyone. We do not guarantee that any painting company will contact you, provide a quote, be available or meet your expectations. Any agreement, price, warranty or dispute is strictly between you and the company you choose. Before hiring, verify licensing (where required), insurance and references, and get a written estimate.
4. Fees
Our service is free for people requesting quotes. Painting companies may pay us for referrals.
5. Acceptable use
Don't submit false or someone else's information, spam, or anything unlawful, and don't try to interfere with the site's security or operation.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Job Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any act, omission, work or product of any painting company.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
